The Q800c’s rugged design and stainless-steel construction will hermetically seal a wide variety of metalized, paper, Tyvek & other plastic materials including many varieties of bag styles.

- NO TOOL, 5 minute changeover on Teflon bands and even seal widths.

The Q800c’s rugged design and stainless-steel construction will hermetically seal a wide variety of metalized, paper, Tyvek & other plastic materials and a variety of bag styles. It is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide range of demanding industries and it can hold bags weighing up to 1.5 lbs. and up to 22” tall as standard.
The Q800c can seal pillow top or gusseted bags at speeds up to 40+ bags per minute.
The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
